Return Policy
At Sambic Transaction Company Limited, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, a customer is not satisfied with their order, we have a return policy in place to facilitate returns and exchanges.

Customers can return products within 7 - 14 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories included.

Conditions:
Products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect may be returned for replacement. Products that are not defective or demaged may be subject to restocking fee.

Return Procedure:
To initiate a return, customers should contact our customer service team, providing their order number, reason for return, and any relevant documentation . We will provide a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.

We do not offer refunds on purchases.
